I am not to sure about saving the nhs in it’s current form when people are dying of neglect they are paying 5 times more for goods & medicines & older people are being fast tracked to death do we really want to keep that instead of getting emotive & ducking the question we should be looking at ways to change it for the better

No, what we wanted to do was save the NHS in its previous form, or go back to what it should be.
The reason these things are happening is because of what the Condems have done to it, by reorganising and selling parts off to private healthcare companies.

There is an early day motion, number 773 in parliament to get private healthcare companies subject to the Freedom of Information Act.
So far only 8 MPs have signed up to it, so please write to your MP and ask him/her to sign it. This is one of the ways that companies like Virgin and Circle and Care UK can get away without us knowing what they are doing.
There is a website called theyworkforyou.com where you can link directly to your MP.

Have any of you actually contacted your MPs about signing EDM 773?
So far there are only 12 signatures. Not good enough. The only way we can get anything done about the NHS is through MPs and I do not want to wait until the next election when there will not be an NHS to save.

Thanks. I cannot see why Vince Cable should not sign.
He is supposed to want transparency.
