Nearly 40,000 of us have now signed the petition against government plans to scrap key protections for wildlife, the environment and the countryside.

Pressure on the government is building fast: It’s only two weeks since the Guardian newspaper first revealed this new threat to wildlife and the environment. As well as our big people-powered petition, more and more respected organisations are speaking out– including the RSPB, Friends of the Earth and Greenpeace.

Let’s keep the pressure building. Can you help get the petition to 50,000 this weekend by asking your friends to sign?

Please add a campaign URGENTLY to defend allotments; the ConDems are trying to get rid of the law that entitles us to them!

I signed – but pity you cannot discriminate between ‘climate change’ bollocks and the real environmental issues of wildlife and countryside. What happens if the Coalition go ‘green’ on the climate mitigation and withdraw wildlife protection as a means to achieve it (biomass, woodchip, turbines, barrages, GMOs and then nuclear) – ever thought you have been conned?

We need to protect all wildlife, the environment and the
countryside as a matter of urgency. The only way forward is for people to
understand that the earth can only sustain roughly 25% of today’s population.
If we are to achieve a good quality of life,
people need to understand, “Humans” are breading too fast and
are stripping the earth of all elements that are essential for our survival.

Using more of the countryside for our own gain will bring
about disease, poverty, illness and death. In short we are vastly becoming
responsible for our own destruction. This will come unless a pandemic or
something else decides our future for us.

     I would like to save
Britain for the future of the generations to come but Governments have a pride
of there own and like to keep it that way. It’s a pity many people don’t think
of the future, but only of the next days to come. One day people will realise
that the next day to come has been and gone. It will be too late, there’ will
be nothing left. Millions upon millions will die and hopefully a handful will
survive to build a new world.

     All God’s wonderful
creations wiped out through ignorance. Don’t let this be the fate of the
generations to come. Don’t make them the guilty ones. People have the power to
save all that God has made. Why is it that sighted people are so blind and
blind people can see everything ?

If you agree, side with me
