Save the NHS: spread the word with posters and petitions

Over 260,000 of us have now signed the petition to Save The NHS.

A great way to spread the word about the campaign is to put up a poster in a window or on a noticeboard.

Here are some posters you can download and print off at home.

Once you’ve download them posters and put them up do take a picture and share it below – it’s great to see them up across the country.

    The ominous irony of the NHS proposals is the invisible cloak of complacent ignorance that many of us don. Our vital conscious awareness of the relatively good health we have experienced in Britain as a result of the NHS in recent decades is shielded from us by this cloak. Many middle class young adults and children have no knowledge of diseases such as TB, yet with the economic downturn, weather bringing extreme temperatures, and the potential loss of our health system it would have to be no shock to see the skeletons of such diseases reappearing from their closets. I for one opt for a future which we step towards with the NHS basis intact - let’s be mature, acknowledge the original pacesetting nature of the NHS, and cobble together our resources and absolutely unified convictions to maintain it - erstwhile ensuring that somehow we create funds to continue with its visionary national health-orientated purpose.
